How do I place my order?
Browse through our collection and find the style(s) you would like to buy.
Using the dropdown menus, you can select a size for tops & bottoms, and click the 'Buy' buttom to add this to your cart. (note - you must do this for top & bottom separately.)
A window for you Paypal cart will open. You can either checkout, or go back to our window to order more items. You can close the Paypal windown at any time without losing the cart information. You can view it again by clicking on 'View Cart'.
Verify your order and hit the 'Secure Checkout' button in Paypal when you are ready. If you have a paypal account you can enter your email and password for a quick checkout. You can also checkout without a paypal account by simply entering your shipping & payment information when prompted.
Once we receive you order, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided, and begin preparing your order.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 days.

Can I track my order?
We do not provide tracking on the packages we ship. We will send you confirmations via email when we a)receive your order & b)when we have shipped your order. Once the package ships, it's in the hands of the postman.
What kinds of payments do you accept?
We accept our payments via Paypal, a very safe and secure way to shop online. If you have a Paypal account already set up, you are good to go. Just enter your email address and password.
If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still pay with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express Card. You can also pay via an 'eCheck' through Paypal which draws directly from your bank account. Visit

I ordered the wrong item(s). Can I change my order now or receive a refund?
If you ordered the wrong item, send us an email and let us know as soon as possible. We will give you further instructions on how to proceed. Any items returned must be unworn and in the condition you received them in.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn items in the original condition you received them in.
All returns must be made within 15 days of your purchase.
If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Please contact us if you wish to return or exchange an item and we will help you out with the process.
What shipping options do you offer, what will they cost, and how long will it take?
Domestic : We ship all packages via the U.S. Postal Service using Priority Mail. The estimated time for delivery is 2-3 days.

International : We ship most packages via the U.S. Postal Service using Global Priority Mail. The estimated time for delivery is 4-6 days.
With the way that Paypal is set up, we cannot cannot charge additional shipping fees for international orders unless you email us first. If you are interested in ordered internationally, contact us before you do so for the quickest and easiest method.

We love our international customers!
You should contact us before ordering so we can send you an invoice with the correct shipping & handling costs. If you order directly from our site, we will just send you an email asking you to PayPal us the additional fees.

After we ship your order, we will send you an email telling you so. You can also send us an email if you are unsure or did not receive a confirmation email.

Do I need to set up a paypal account to order?
Nope.
Once you proceed to the secure checkout you can just click the button that says, 'If you currently do not have a PayPal account Click Here' and then enter your address and credit card information once you are prompted.
Although, if you'd like, you can set up a PayPal account for free. It makes things easier next time you use PayPal for a transaction on our site or elsewhere (like eBay).
Which size should I order?
American Apparel garments are designed for a youthful, tighter fit. Individuals who normally wear a small size may need to buy a medium. Check out the charts below to be sure.

How/why did you guys start this?
We started I See France™ with the idea that your undies should be cute and fun. Each product we produce is created with that goal in mind... because there are enough tighty-whiteys in the world.

Presently, I See France™ is made of two woman, Brandie Heinel and Brooke Brooke Nuñez Fetissoff!
But you're involved too! We get great feedback from our customers about the styles they like/dislike, so don't be bashful, give us

Who designs your lovely undies?
Our designs have been contributed to us by different designers located from Chicago to London to Hawaii and back. Designers are credited on the product pages.

The best way to order is to email us with the items you want and your address. We will then send you an invoice via PayPal, and you can complete your order through PayPal's secure cart.
If you order off of our site, we will email you soon after and request additional shipping fees which are required for international shipping.
